We accept returns only in limited circumstances.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products and our sustainability commitments, the following items are final sale:

  • Limited edition or small-batch items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

If your item is eligible, you may return it (subject to approval) and place a new order.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
